What does the free plan include?

One memory library, one seat, and 1,000 API calls per month. Storing and recalling within those limits is free; paid plans add capacity, and credits only apply to optional inference features.

What do the Free, Team, and Enterprise plans include?

More capacity and team features: Team adds five seats, unlimited libraries, 500,000 API calls per month, 200 GB storage, audit-log export, and priority support. Enterprise adds BYOC deployment, RBAC, data residency, and custom integrations.

Do I need a credit card?

No. You start with 1,000 burn credits on sign-up, plenty to explore every feature.

What are "burn" vs "wallet" credits?

Burn credits come from promotions (sign-up, invite, publish) and expire after 90 days. Wallet credits are purchased and never expire. Burn credits are spent first.

How does the 70 / 30 revenue split work?

When a user spends credits to install your agent or pack, 70% flows to your connected Stripe account and 30% covers platform infrastructure. Paid out monthly.
