FAQ

What does "Memory is free" really mean?

Storing and recalling memories — raw content, embeddings, knowledge cards, graph facts — costs us a few cents per GB. We don't charge for that. Credits only apply to optional inference features (smart summarisation, graph query, marketplace installs).

What happened to Starter / Pro / Team plans?

Removed. Quota tiers for cloud syncs were a poor fit for agent infrastructure. Everyone gets the same feature set; capacity scales free.

Do I need a credit card?

No. You start with 1,000 burn credits on sign-up, plenty to explore every feature.

What are "burn" vs "wallet" credits?

Burn credits come from promotions (sign-up, invite, publish) and expire after 90 days. Wallet credits are purchased and never expire. Burn credits are spent first.

How does the 75 / 25 revenue split work?

When a user spends credits to install your agent or pack, 75 % flows to your connected Stripe account, 25 % covers platform infrastructure. Paid out monthly.
